Privacy

Promo Wrestling World is built as a local single-player game. This page explains the few places where data can leave your computer, and only when you choose to use those features.

Last updated July 21, 2026

1. The short version

Your saves, settings, custom worlds and imported assets are stored locally. The game does not require a Promo Wrestling World account. Optional Steam Cloud, Genci online help and experimental microphone commentary are described below.

2. What is stored on your computer

The game may store:

That data remains on your device unless you export it, share it, back it up, sync it through Steam Cloud, or send it for support.

3. Analytics and tracking

The game does not include remote gameplay analytics or advertising trackers by default. Local diagnostic information is not automatically uploaded to DreamXscape Studios.

4. Steam services

If you play through Steam, the Steam client may provide platform features such as cloud saves and achievements. Valve handles Steam account and platform data under its own privacy terms. Promo Wrestling World does not receive your Steam password or payment details.

5. Genci and optional online AI

Core gameplay and the built-in advisor do not require an online AI service. If you enable Genci online features and provide your own Google AI key, the game may send the prompt you type, recent assistant context and relevant game context to Google's Gemini API so it can generate a response.

Online Genci is optional, can be turned off at any time, and stores your key locally rather than inside save files. Google's handling of requests is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.

6. Experimental microphone commentary

The Broadcast Booth Mic is off by default and only records while you hold the push-to-talk key during Watch Live.

7. The website

This is a static website. It does not use a Promo Wrestling World account system, ad tracking, or a custom analytics service. Clicking the Steam link takes you to Valve's website, where Valve's own policies apply.

8. Exports, screenshots and mods

Files you export or share may contain names, notes, imported assets or other information you added. Review saves, world packs, logs, screenshots and custom content before sharing them publicly.

9. Children's privacy

The game is intended for the audience described by its storefront rating and content disclosures. DreamXscape Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an in-game account system because the game does not have one.

10. Changes and contact

This page may be updated when features change. Use the support contact listed on the Promo Wrestling World Steam store page for privacy questions.
